Refund & Returns Policy – SheLunia

We want you to love every part of your SheLunia experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with any tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if eligible)
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send the item

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Need a different item?

The fastest way is to return the original item, and once approved, place a new order separately for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
